About Us
Hi. You found us. That's already kind of a big deal, because if you're here, your brain probably did three search detours, opened two unrelated tabs, and somehow landed on this page anyway. Welcome.
Dopamine Garden grew (pun fully intended) out of a simple, slightly chaotic idea: neurodivergent brains don't need fixing — they need a fan club. We started in 2025 because we were tired of ADHD merch that either screamed "I AM A HOT MESS!!!" in Comic Sans or quietly apologized for existing. We wanted something in between. Something cozy. Something that feels like the inside-joke version of a really good hug.
So we make tees. Soft ones. The kind of soft where you put it on and immediately go "oh, okay." Because we know that scratchy tags, weird seams, and stiff fabric are not a vibe — especially when your nervous system already has opinions about textures. Every shirt is built to actually feel good on a sensory-aware body, not just photograph well on a hanger.
But here's the real thing: the shirts are kind of a Trojan horse. What we're actually building is a community. Every design is a little flag that says me too to the next person who reads it. Object permanence is a scam? Same. Currently hyperfixating? Big same. The shirt is the conversation starter — you're the conversation.
We believe being seen is the whole point. We believe humor is how a lot of us survived, and now it gets to be how we connect. We believe "diagnosed, undiagnosed, or just deeply suspicious of yourself" is a perfectly valid way to show up here.
Pull up a chair. Stay as long as your attention span allows. The garden's open.
